Privacy policy
Last updated 25 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we use it and what rights you have. We only collect what we need to answer your questions and help you.
Who is responsible
Uni-Bridge is responsible for the processing of your data on this website. You can reach us at info@uni-bridge-global.com or +49 155 63 111 888. Our full contact details are in the imprint.
Visiting our website
Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, Netlify's servers process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. When you answer the cookie notice, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so that we do not ask again. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Contacting us
When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number and intended programme level, plus your field of interest and message if you add them. We use these details only to answer your enquiry and advise you.
The form is delivered by email through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) to our mailbox, which is hosted by Namecheap, Inc. (USA). You also receive a confirmation email. To protect the form from abuse, your IP address is kept briefly in temporary memory to limit repeated submissions. It is not saved.
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we use your details in the same way. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies when you use it.
Legal basis
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process your enquiry to take steps you ask for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in our legitimate interest in answering questions and running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives your data
Your data is seen only by our team and by the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
We pass your details to universities, authorities or other third parties only when you ask us to as part of our help.
Processing outside your country
Some of our service providers are based in the USA, so your data may be processed there. They process it only on our behalf and under their data protection terms.
How long we keep your data
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to help you. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct or delete your data
- restrict how we use it, or object to its use
- send your data to you or another provider in a common format
Just write to info@uni-bridge-global.com. If you live in the EU, you can also complain to a data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our website or services change. The current version is always on this page.
